Proteins

Garlic-Parmesan Chicken - A portion of chicken breast coated in olive oil, garlic, parsley then dredged in a mixture of Italian breadcrumbs, and parmesan cheese and baked to a golden brown.

Creamy Herb Chicken - A portion of chicken breast dredged in flour and pan-fried, then cooked in a sauce of butter, heavy cream, Dijon mustard, white wine, and chicken stock, and seasoned with garlic powder, sage, rosemary, thyme and parsley.

Chicken Marsala - Chicken breast portions pan-fried in butter to create a brown sauce of chicken stock, mushrooms, and Marsala wine, topped with green onions.

Lemon Chicken Piccata - A portion of pan-fried chicken breast coated in a sauce made with a brown roux and finished with chicken stock, white wine, lemon juice, and capers.

Roast Beef Debris and Biscuits - Slow-cooked roast beef and gravy served over a hot, homemade biscuit with a dollop of butter.

Herb Crusted Pork Tenderloin w/ Peach Chutney - Pork Tenderloin seasoned with fresh herbs and spices, grilled to perfection and coated with chutney made of peaches (fresh when available), brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, cardamom, golden raisins.

Spinach and Artichoke Stuffed Chicken Breasts - Pan-fried chicken breast, filled with a stuffing of baby spinach, marinated artichoke hearts, cream cheese, garlic, and two different cheeses.

Honey or Maple Garlic Glazed Salmon - Wild-caught salmon seasoned with fresh herbs and spices, roasted to perfection and coated with a glaze of butter, honey or Maple Syrup, garlic, and soy sauce.

Rosemary Butter Garlic Steak - Beef sirloin marinated overnight in butter, rosemary, garlic, and salt, seared on an open flame, and finished with steak drippings, butter, rosemary and garlic.

Beef Tenderloin in a Red Wine Reduction Sauce - Beef tenderloin rubbed with olive oil, thyme, salt, and pepper, then roasted to a perfect medium rare. While the tenderloin rests, red wine, butter, mushrooms (optional), and shallots are added to the drippings and reduced to make a rich sauce. This option is NOT always priced the same as the other proteins in this group. Please ask for the current market price.
