01 | DELIVERY
THE ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE
For those who have their own team in place, our Delivery Service provides the convenience of having your selected menu delivered hot and ready for your event.
Your order will arrive at the designated location at the scheduled time. Upon delivery, a member of your party will verify the order and sign for acceptance.
Once your order has been received and accepted, our delivery service is complete.

- Hot food delivery to your designated location at the scheduled time.

02 | MAINTENANCE

A beautifully maintained buffet without the responsibility of managing it yourself.
Simple Southern Catering • Service Collection
Two members of our team will deliver your hot food and prepare your buffet for service. We will set the chafing dishes, light Sterno, provide serving utensils, and place your food into the buffet.
Throughout the meal, our staff will monitor the buffet and restock food as needed, allowing you to remain focused on your guests and your celebration.
INCLUDES
- Two professional service staff members dedicated to your buffet service.
- Buffet preparation, including chafing dishes, Sterno, serving utensils and food placement.
- Buffet maintenance and restocking throughout service.
- Buffet breakdown, cleaning of serving and staging areas, covering remaining food, and placement in the kitchen or designated area.
90-MINUTE SERVICE PERIOD
Our staff will remain at the designated location for up to 90 minutes.
At the conclusion of the 90-minute service period, if buffet service is still underway, our staff will conclude service, leave remaining food and serving utensils on the designated service table, and depart.

Maintenance Service does not include guest-table bussing, removal of guest-generated trash, complete dining-room cleanup, or services not specifically listed above.

03 | FULL SERVICE
THE SIGNATURE CELEBRATION EXPERIENCE
For those who want to relax, entertain and fully enjoy the occasion, our Full Service option provides our most comprehensive level of hands-on service.
Our team arrives 1½–2 hours before your event to prepare the buffet and service areas. During the meal, our staff will serve your guests at the buffet and assist with the dining experience.
After service, we continue working behind the scenes to leave your food-service areas clean, organized and ready for the next part of your celebration

- Arrival 1½–2 hours before your event.

- Guest service at the buffet.
- Table bussing during the service period.
- A post-service pass through the dining room to remove accessible trash from tables.
- Packing and labeling remaining food and placing it in the kitchen.
