SALADS & APPETIZERS
Though neither come with any of our standard food packages, a salad and/or appetizers are available for an additional fee. We offer a salad option, each with homemade dressing, starting at a cost of $4.00 per person, and a choice of 4 appetizer options at a cost of $200 for the first appetizer and an additional $150 for each additional one.
Fresh Garden Salad
– A mix of fresh Spring greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers and red onion rings topped with croutons and finished with our own homemade Ranch dressing.
Caesar Salad
Crisp Romaine lettuce, shaved Parmesan cheese, and croutons, tossed with our version of homemade Caesar dressing.
Appetizers
New Orleans Style Baked Macaroni and Cheese Bites
A custard of eggs and heavy cream added to bucatini noodles and cheese portioned into bite-sized rounds, then baked until the custard is firm.
Traditional Caprese
Fresh basil, tomato and mozzarella skewers, sprinkled with red pepper flakes and drizzled with a balsamic glaze.
Artichoke Hearts Wrapped in Bacon
Marinated artichoke hearts wrapped in Applewood smoked bacon and cooked until bacon is crispy.
Tangy Eggplant Hummus
Roasted red peppers, white beans and eggplant served with pita chips for dipping.
